Serving tools are provided, items are labeled, and the table stays presentable throughout.

Buffet catering is handled by Amanda Scoca, a professionally trained chef who doesn’t pick the food—you do. Her role is execution: preparing what’s ordered, packing it to travel safely, and laying it out in a clean, organized setup that matches the tone of your event. With training in both cooking and pastry, she can handle everything from entrées to side dishes to desserts, all without cutting corners or swapping in filler. She works around your timing and space, ensuring the food stays consistent, the table doesn’t fall apart halfway through, and the entire service runs without friction. Whether you’re hosting 20 or 200, Amanda makes sure the buffet works like it should—clean, clear, and fully under your control.
