As CATERED FOR YOU
Amanda Scoca is the owner and executive chef of As Catered For You. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where she earned degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Science. Amanda continued her training in Italy, completing a Master’s Certification in Italian Cuisine at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria.
With experience competing at regional, state, and national levels in both culinary arts and baking & pastry, Amanda brings a high level of skill and creativity to her work. She now shares her passion as a chef instructor, teaching high school students the fundamentals and discipline of the culinary world.

Yes. If you want a flavor that isn’t listed, you can request it. As long as the ingredients are accessible and the flavor makes sense, we can make it.
Absolutely. You can choose multiple flavors for cupcakes, cakes, desserts, and more.
Yes. We offer selective allergen-friendly options when possible.
Availability depends on the recipe and required ingredients.We proudly serve Poughkeepsie and the greater Hudson Valley region, including Dutchess County, Ulster County, and surrounding areas in New York. If you're unsure whether we service your location, give us a call—we're often able to accommodate projects within a reasonable distance from our Poughkeepsie base.
Standard cakes, cupcakes, or desserts:
At least 3–5 days in advance
Depending on quantity and availability.For specialty or highly custom cakes/desserts:
1.5–2 weeks in advance
This covers designs requiring custom decorations, fillings, or special ingredients.
